Is the free plan really forever?
Yes. 500 emails per month, one popup, one automation. No credit card. No trial timer. If your store stays small, Kovyo stays free.
What happens if I exceed my plan's email limit?
Sending pauses until next month or until you upgrade. We don't auto-charge overages — you stay in control. Klaviyo bills overage as inflated invoices; we don't.
Can I export my contacts at any time?
Yes. CSV download in one click, on any plan including Free. Your data is yours. No vendor lock-in.
How do I migrate from Klaviyo or Mailchimp?
Import contacts as CSV. Map your existing Shopify customers automatically (we sync via webhook). Most stores migrate in under 30 minutes.
Will my emails land in inbox or spam?
We use Resend — the same transactional infra Vercel and dozens of YC startups send through. Shared sending IPs are pre-warmed and reputation-monitored continuously. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are configured automatically when you connect your custom sending domain (Starter and above). Free tier sends from our shared verified domain. We don't sell access to dedicated IPs at any tier — small stores get better deliverability on shared, well-warmed pools.
Do you support Shopify Plus?
Yes — same features, same pricing. We don't gate features by Shopify tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. Downgrade to Free or cancel entirely. Annual plans get prorated refunds.
How does email attribution work?
Klaviyo-style last-touch model: clicks within 5 days, opens within 1 day, popup conversions within 7 days. When a customer buys, we credit the most recent qualifying email or popup. Reports show revenue attributed to Kovyo vs organic.
